Fateh Nofal is the visionary force behind Remote Sleep Scoring. With over 15 years of experience in sleep medicine, neurodiagnostics, and healthcare technology, Fateh has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the field of sleep diagnostics and scoring services.Starting his career as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Fateh quickly distinguished himself not only by his technical precision but also by his ability to lead, train, and innovate. From performing complex EEG and PSG studies to managing multi-lab operations, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges that modern sleep labs face – from staffing gaps and backlogs to reporting inefficiencies and compliance pressure.Recognizing a growing need for reliable, secure, and efficient remote scoring solutions, Fateh founded Remote Sleep Scoring with a clear mission: to empower sleep labs and clinics with accurate, timely, and fully HIPAA-compliant scoring services powered by a team of certified experts. His vision was not just to build another vendor-but a trusted extension of every lab’s team.Under his leadership, Remote Sleep Scoring now supports labs across the country with PSG, CPAP/BiPAP/BiPAP ST, ASV, Trilogy, HSAT, MSLT, and MWT scoring. Fateh also pioneered the introduction of real-time scoring services, enabling labs to receive immediate feedback during live studies-a game-changer for urgent titrations and pediatric sleep studies.As an educator and mentor, Fateh is passionate about developing the next generation of sleep technologists. Through his scoring training programs and certification support courses, he helps aspiring techs build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in this evolving field.With degrees in Information Systems and Computer Science, and a foundation in both clinical care and IT, Fateh brings a unique hybrid of medical and technological expertise to his work.
